Providing executive-level strategic advisory to management and shareholders in matters related to growth, restructuring, and business development
Advising on ESG, sustainability, and corporate responsibility compliance
Serving as chairman and board member in several organisations across different industries
In addition to his role as Senior Advisor at Birk Legal, Ville is the founder and principal advisor at Prunus Consulting, where he provides strategic counsel to a wide range of companies. He has previously worked as a Partner and Head of ESG & Sustainability at an international law firm, where he also co-led the Tampere office. Ville holds several leadership and board positions and continues to advise organisations in both legal and strategic capacities across various industries.
