Antti focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and contract law. His expertise also extends to financing, real estate and housing, as well as mining law.

Antti’s experience includes:

• Advising companies and shareholders in share and business transfers

• Conducting legal due diligence and preparing transaction documentation

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts

• Assisting in share issues, capital increases, and other corporate actions

• Drafting and reviewing loan agreements, security documents, and guarantees

• Advising on joint ventures and other commercial arrangements concerning exploration projects

Antti has a solid background in business law, gained through his work with well-established Finnish law firms, most recently with a firm specialised in international business law.
